Booking terms and Conditions
All rates are quote in EUR which are inclusive of the 9,5% government tax
The price does not include the municipal tourist tax and government promotional tax. The tax is collected at the check-in in cash.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or credit card.
An advance payment of 25% of the total reservation is payable upon booking, the remaining payment is collected upon check-in.
Reservations will be released if advance payment is not received within three working days from the day of the booking.
Hotel Rules and Management policies
In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, Rohrmann apartments management ask for your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and Rohrmann apartments under which apartments are permitted to be used by the guest(s):-
Check-in/Arrival: Check-in time is at 4.00 pm; please present your Identity card or Passport upon Check-in for registration.
Check-out/Departure: Check out time is at 10.00 am; please inform us if you wish to retain the apartment beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability.
Early Check-in, late Check-out: We are pleased to accommodate early arrival or late departures, subject to availability. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability.
Settlements of Bills: Bills must be settled upon check-in either by cash or credit card, personal cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy, No Show & Shortening stays: In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival the deposit will be returned in full. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival the advance payment is withheld. In the event of a “No Show” or Shortening the stay, we will charge for the entire length of stay.
Lost & Found: Should any guests lose personal belongings while staying at the apartments, if recovered, the item will be recorded as ‘found’. The Rohrmann apartments Management keeps detailed records of all ‘found’ items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the apartment after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found store/safe box. We will ship items back at the owner’s expense upon request. Any items, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
Guest’s Valuables /Articles: The Rohrmann apartments Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s valuable/article.
Guest’s Belonging in rooms: Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of the apartment and close the windows when going out or going to bed. The Rohrmann apartments Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
Damage to Rohrmann apartments property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Rohrmann apartments property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible
Luggage storage & Indemnity Form: Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, guest who wish to stored luggage overnight or more than 24 hours are required to submitting complete “luggage indemnity form” together with their belongings. Luggage must not be stored for period of over 7 days.
Fire safety Policy: The Rohrmann apartments is fully equipped with smoke and CO detectors, and emergency evacuation plan in all apartments, and fire extinguishers and floors evacuation plan in all floors.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed in the Rohrmann apartments premises.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all the enclosed areas within the Rohrmann apartments without exception. Smoking is only allowed at the Balconies. If a smoking violation occurs in a room, the client will be charged a 1.000 EUR non-refundable cleaning fee. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke.
Disturbance: The Rohrmann apartments Management reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or Rohrmann apartments staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
Housekeeping service: We provide housekeeping service on every 4th day of undisturbed stay between the hours of 10AM to 5:00 PM.
Government rules and regulations & application of laws: Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time
General Policy: The Rohrmann apartments Management has a zero-tolerance policy in which it will refuse to accommodate or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the Rohrmann apartments acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy Rohrmann apartments property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services.
Rohrmann apartments Management only allow registered guests to use its facilities.
A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the property of the Rohrmann apartments or any furniture or furnishings within the premises, shall be liable for damages sustained by the Rohrmann apartments staff, including the Rohrmann apartments’ loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.
